Lemus Digital LLC believes in transparency about how we receive and respond to legal requests, content removal demands, and law-enforcement inquiries that affect users of the Assilek service ("Service"). This page summarizes the requests we have received to date and the principles that guide our response.
1. Reporting Period
This is our inaugural transparency report, covering the period from the launch of the Service through the date listed at the bottom of this page. We will publish updated reports on a calendar-year basis beginning with the first full year after launch.
Until the first annual report is published, the figures below reflect the cumulative total since launch.
2. Government and Law-Enforcement Requests
| Request type | Received | Produced (in whole or in part) | Rejected |
|---|---|---|---|
| U.S. subpoenas (criminal/civil) | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| U.S. court orders | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| U.S. search warrants | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Foreign legal requests (MLAT, foreign court orders) | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| National-security requests (e.g., NSL) | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Emergency-disclosure requests (life-safety) | 0 | 0 | 0 |
We require valid legal process for content data and metadata where the law requires it, and we narrow the scope of any disclosure to what the legal process actually compels. Where permitted by law, we notify affected users before disclosing their information so they have a chance to challenge the request.
3. Content-Removal Requests
| Removal-request type | Received | Removed | Declined |
|---|---|---|---|
| DMCA copyright takedown notices | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| DMCA counter-notifications | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Trademark / publicity-rights complaints | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Government-initiated removal demands | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Acceptable Use Policy violations (internal review) | 0 | 0 | 0 |
DMCA submissions are processed under our DMCA Policy. AUP enforcement follows our Acceptable Use Policy.
4. Account Actions
| Action | Count |
|---|---|
| Account suspensions for AUP / Terms violation | 0 |
| Account terminations under repeat-infringer policy (DMCA § 5) | 0 |
| Account terminations for non-payment after grace period | 0 |
| User-initiated account-deletion requests honored | 0 |
5. Data-Subject Requests (GDPR / CCPA / similar)
| Request type | Received | Fulfilled | Declined / partial |
|---|---|---|---|
| Access | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Erasure | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Portability | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Rectification | 0 | 0 | 0 |
| Opt-out (sale/share) | 0 | 0 | 0 |
We respond within statutory timeframes (e.g., one month under GDPR; 45 days under CCPA), extendable where the law allows.
6. Our Principles
- User notice. We will notify affected users of legal requests for their data unless prohibited by law (e.g., a court-ordered gag, a properly issued NSL).
- Narrow scope. We push back on overbroad requests and produce only the minimum data the legal process actually compels.
- Transparency. We will continue to publish updated figures and significant policy changes on this page.
- Independent review. We require valid legal process and will challenge requests we believe are improper.
